5. Fees & Payments

Our consultancy fee, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you before any agreement is signed. We charge a standard consultancy or brokerage fee, typically ranging from 1% to 2% of the transaction value, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no hidden charges. Any payment made to third-party service providers (lawyers, contractors, etc.) is separate and at your discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

ORIZEN acts in good faith as an intermediary. We are not liable for:

  • Any disputes arising between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
  • Inaccuracies in property documents provided by third parties
  • Delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party service providers we may have referred
  • Any financial loss resulting from a property transaction facilitated by us

We strongly recommend engaging a qualified legal professional to verify all property documents independently before completing any transaction.
